Image Use & Licensing
Put simply, image licensing is permission to use copyrighted work.
When you commission me as a photographer, your images include a Standard Image Use License. This is paid for through the package fee or additional image purchases and the details of the license are in the contract you sign when commissioning me. If you are ever uncertain about the licensing you have, please contact me.
To use the images outside of the scope of your license requires renegotiation and potentially more cost.

can you hold a date while i decide?
A signed booking form and booking fee is required if you want to secure your date. I take bookings on a first come, first served basis.
i feel really awkward/shy/nervous in front of the camera, is that okay?
99% of the people I have worked with say this. It’s my job as your photographer to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe in front of the camera.
how much is the booking fee?
Your booking fee is 50% of your total package cost*. The remaining 50% is due 14 calendar days before your session date. If booked less than 14 calendar days to your session date, the booking fee shall be 100% of the package cost.
*The total package cost is the session fee (£250 or £550) plus any additional hours purchased in advance. It does not include additional images, which are purchased after receiving your full gallery. Custom payment plans can be created to spread costs out even further. This is done by request only.
How soon do i get my photos after the session date?
Waiting sucks, doesn’t it? I get it. I am just as excited as you are to go through and see all of the images. Your private, online gallery will be ready and sent to you within three weeks of your session date.
how do you decide what images are in my gallery?
I don’t hold back on images. You’ll receive every photo apart from duplicates, test shots, and mid-blink expressions.
You then select your favourites to download in accordance to what was included in your package or there is the option to purchase more.
Can I get extra hours?
I offer additional hours for £200. Your extra hour comes with 10 extra digitals to download and Standard Image Use License.
