It’s no secret that I love Halloween. However, Halloween is not super big in the UK, which is quite disappointing. As soon as October comes around, I’m very much into the spirit of pumpkin spice, Hocus Pocus, and all things dark and moody.
I was incredibly excited when Sweet Senses launched their Halloween wax melts and I had to have them. Being the cliché photographer that I am, I also had to set up a little backdrop and snap some product photos of the melts.
I went for two different sets for these product photos: a darker more blatantly obvious Halloween/Autumnal set and a more simple, yet sparkly set. My favourite ones are probably the gold foil glitter ones because I really feel like those photos bring out the shine and sparkly amazingness of the wax melts.
Since this was a personal product shoot for fun (I highly recommend being creative for creativities sake) I enjoyed the freedom to do what I wanted and experiment with different things I might not normally when working with a client.
